Coronavirus delivery update

Royal Mail is experiencing domestic and international delivery delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes. At Viah Waale, we know delays can be frustrating, but we are doing everything we can to deliver as safely and quickly as possible. We thank all our customers for your patience.


Viah Waale are unable to offer any refunds, returns or exchanges. In the unlikely event your order has arrived damaged, the customer must contact Viah Waale via email at within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. However ViahWaale will not be liable for any damages caused by Royal mail or any other shipping provider.

The email must contain video of you unboxing the package without it being have been opened previously and images of the damage and a screenshot of the confirmation email. Upon receiving video and images, Viah Waale will conduct an investigation and it is then up to the discretion of Viah Waale team to decide whether the product is approved for return.

NO refunds will be given in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or outdated postage address
  • Incorrect format of postage address
  • Paypal shipping address does not match the shipping address first provided on our website's checkout. Please, double check to make sure your details match.
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by our designated courier service
  • Package not accepted by recipient
  • Sizing issues. Please consider sizes carefully when purchasing
  • Products returned in used or damaged conditions
  • If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged

Shipping Information

Delivery Method:

For international deliveries, prices do not include any local custom charges or VAT.

Standard delivery: within 5 working days

International delivery: 2-3 weeks (with the current covid situation, deliveries may take longer than expected)

Please Note: VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery. Shipping Charges are based on shipping destination and weight of your parcel. Shipping companies determine shipping charges based on the package weight, customs clearance and various other factors. We are unable to advise the duty amount.
